pk1 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of pk1.wine, including anyone who browses the site without registering, and all registered account holders who deposit PKR and play games on the platform . By accessing any part of pk1.wine, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform. Continued use of pk1 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically so you are always aware of the current rules.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a pk1 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a pk1 employee.
• You are using your real name, accurate contact details, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You have not previously had a pk1 account closed or suspended for a violation of these Terms.

pk1 reserves the right to request proof of identity or age verification at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed may be suspended pending review. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on pk1. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same person — whether through the same device, mobile number, payment method, or IP address — we reserve the right to close the duplicate accounts and, where abuse is identified, to forfeit associated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. pk1 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact pk1 support immediately using the email address listed in these Terms. We will take reasonable steps to protect your account upon notification.

• Your account details must remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• Accounts are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or otherwise passed to another person.
• pk1 may close inactive accounts after an extended period of no login activity, with prior notice where possible.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on pk1 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:

Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of the transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your bank or mobile money provider.

You confirm that any funds you deposit into your pk1 account are from a legitimate source and belong to you. pk1 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is made from a payment method not registered in your name, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. All withdrawals are paid out in PKR. pk1 does not apply conversion fees on PKR withdrawals.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, pk1 may request identity verification documents. This is a standard procedure to protect against fraud and to confirm that the account holder is the same person as the registered payment method owner. Commonly requested documents include a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot or confirmation of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account details.

• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers are typically among the fastest.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply and will be shown at the time of the request.
• Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fulfilled.
• pk1 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for additional verification if unusual account activity is detected.

If a withdrawal request is declined, you will be notified with a reason. Common reasons include incomplete verification, active bonus wagering requirements, or a mismatch between the account and payment method details.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk1 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and Bingo room credits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Not all bonuses are available to all players at all times.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific requirement (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated on the promotion page.
• Bonuses apply only to the game categories specified in the promotion. For example, a Slots bonus may not contribute to wagering when used on Live Casino tables.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated time, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed.
• pk1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been claimed and wagering is in progress, reasonable notice will be given.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on pk1 — including Slots, Live Casino, Fish Games, Bingo, and any other titles in the Game Lobby — are provided for entertainment. The outcome of games is determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of Live Casino, by the live dealer dealing physical cards or spinning a real wheel.

pk1 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return for any game. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled after the round has begun.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game, the round may be voided and stakes returned. This decision rests with pk1 and is final.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, bots, or other technical means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Winnings from games are credited to your pk1 balance immediately after the round concludes.

8. Sports Betting Rules

The pk1 Sports section covers Cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, and bilateral series), Football, Esports, and other markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Your bet is confirmed at the odds shown when you submit it, not at any later odds movement.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. pk1 may suspend in-play markets at any time during a match without prior notice.
• Bets on matches that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned, unless a result has already been determined by the relevant governing body for the purpose of settling bets.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per market may apply and will be stated in the Sports section.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — for example, an incorrect score or odds input — pk1 reserves the right to void affected bets. This applies even after the event has concluded.
• Accumulator and combination bets are available. All individual selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. A voided selection will reduce the accumulator to the remaining legs.

9. Responsible Gaming

pk1 is an entertainment platform for adults. We encourage all players to treat gaming as a leisure activity and to play within their personal financial means. The following responsible gaming principles apply to all accounts:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a limit is reached, deposits are paused until the period resets.
• Session time reminders and automatic pause options are available in account settings.
• Players who feel they need a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period. During self-exclusion, the account is suspended and cannot be used for deposits or gameplay.
• pk1 will not contact self-excluded players with promotional material during the exclusion period.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk1. Engaging in any of these activities may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account to claim bonuses multiple times or circumvent any restriction.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with games, Sports markets, or the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes or manipulate game results.
• Using funds of unknown or illegitimate origin to deposit on the platform.
• Exploiting technical glitches or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person who has been self-excluded or banned.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards pk1 staff or other players in any live game chat or communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the pk1 platform or its games.

11. Limitation of Liability

pk1 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to keep the platform running reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime.

To the fullest extent permitted, pk1 will not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults where the affected round is voided and stakes returned.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by the player's bank or mobile money provider.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform.

Our liability in any dispute is limited to the amount at stake in the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. These Terms do not limit liability for fraud or wilful misconduct on our part.

12. Privacy & Data

pk1 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy. Key points include:
